Go to youtube.com

Search and click on the vide that you want to embed
- Click on SHARE button
- Click on Embed

Now the code to embed the video will appear on the screen

Click on copy
-
Open your blogger homepage and click NEW POST page
- Click on the switch view button as show in above picture

In the HTML view past the code to embed the video.
